A real inbox read by a real person. We are a small team, so the page is not a ticket system — it is a quiet line. Tell us what is broken, missing, or unclear, and we will get back within a couple of days. For privacy and account-deletion requests, the same address works.
When to write to us
A page is broken or returns the wrong reading. A translation reads off in your language. An account misbehaves — login, save, share, delete. A privacy or data-export request under GDPR or similar. A content correction: the dates of a transit feel wrong, an interpretation contradicts itself, a hexagram is missing a meaning. All of these belong here.
What we do not do here
We do not do personal readings on request — the site already gives you the readings. We do not interpret your chart for you in email; the interpretation pages do that, in three languages, for free. We do not send promotional messages, ever. The address is for problems and questions, not consultations.
Privacy and data
We do not track users individually. There is no behavioural analytics tied to identity. If you have a Supabase account on the site, your saved charts and readings live in a row only you can read or delete. The "Forget me" action removes everything — saved charts, readings, AI conversations, profile. It works for real, not as a soft toggle.
Response time and language
Answers come within two to three working days, sometimes faster. Write in English, Russian or German — whichever you prefer. We will reply in the same language. For urgent account-deletion requests, mark the subject so we can prioritise.

How do I reach you?
Open the page on the site and use the form there — it routes to the team inbox. Do not send sensitive data (passwords, full birth dates with year, etc.) by email; we never need them, and we never ask.
Can you delete my account?
Yes. Either use the "Forget me" button in your profile (instant, irreversible), or write to support and we will run it manually. Both options remove every saved chart, reading, AI conversation and profile field.
I found a wrong interpretation — what now?
Tell us. Send the URL, the language you read it in, and a sentence about what feels off. Content corrections matter to us — most of our text is editable, and we ship fixes the same week when we can.
Do you offer paid consultations?
Not directly. The site is the consultation, in a sense — every reading is free and as deep as we can make it. If you want a one-on-one with a human astrologer, we are not the right address.
